There should have been more pictures for the many other things I’ve done, but oh well. Shout out to: Harlan Huynh, Sherman Xa, Vincent Wong, Harrison Tsoi, Pamela Duong, Grace En, Lisa Nguyen, and Amy Tu for making my summer worth while. Can’t forget about my cousins: Kelly Chau and Jon Bui. Looking forward to seeing you all next time.

Woke up to the 6 A.M. alarm.
Showered and got ready by 6:50.
Biked the usual two miles to my bus stop; 7:00.
Waited..alas, the bus arrives late as usual; 7:15.
The long bus ride from the south side to the north side of San Jose.
Arrived to school at 8:05.
Took a ridiculously easy test and had free-time as soon as we were finished.
-I took this time to get some much needed sleep.
Class went by quick and I was basically finished with the course.
It felt great realizing that I wouldn’t have to wake-up early in the morning and bike home 11 miles in the hot and humid afternoon.
As soon as I got out of class, I immediately biked to Chien’s house to relax and hangout for once.
-Played a couple games of 2k10.
-Lakers vs. Celtics (me); lost by 2.
-Thunder vs. Blazers (me); forgot the score but it was a blowout.
Afterward, we headed to Tam’s to discuss the evening plans.
Biked back to Chien’s and waited for Tam to pick us up.
Tam, along with Nancy, picks us up and we head for the Great Mall to watch the new Twilight movie, Eclipse.
-A movie in which it takes too long for it to get to the good part, but nonetheless, not bad. Much better than the previous Twilight movies.
After the stiffness of sitting in a movie theater seat for awhile, we decided to take a quick walk around the mall.
-Visited Duc at Children’s Place.
We were hungry and decided to go to In-N-Out in McCarthy Ranch .
-Nancy, please let us know ahead of time if you’re paying for our meal! Common courtesy, please! But thank you. (:
After grubbing on the delicious burgers, we headed for “The Cages.”
-First time there and I absolutely loved it.
-Played a few games of H.O.R.S.E. in which I made everything.
-College guys show up and challenge us to a pick-up game.
-Surprisingly, these guys were terrible and I was having my way with them.
-I “Lebron Jamesed” one of the college guys as he was going for a fast-break layup, meaning I trailed him and swatted the ball as he went for the layup.
It was 8:50 and I was tired and hot.
We went to Yogurtland in Milpitas.
-I absolutely love the atmosphere in here and of course the yogurt and all the wonderful toppings!
-Nancy, you spoil us. We will return the favor.
Tam drove me back to Chien’s to get my bike and I bike to my bus stop.
-I waited approximately 45-50 minutes for the bus to arrive.
-I was freezing and felt extremely uncomfortable as it was getting really dark.
The bus arrived at 10:12.
I got off the bus at around 11 and biked home.
What a day. Enjoyed every bit of it.
SoCal this weekend! I’m ecstatic!!

Finally decided to get a much needed haircut.
Rode my bike to my haircut place.
Found out that my haircut guy moved to San Francisco. (His name is Kobe)
Had to resort to an old Asian woman. (Tendency to give bad haircuts)
-Not too bad, but I’m pretty sure that she didn’t know what a “fauxhawk” was.
-Sorry, no tip.
Rode my bike back home and got cleaned up and ready to head to Joey’s Graduation Party.
Rode my bike to the bus stop.
When the bus arrived, there was already a bike loaded onto the bike carrier, and there was some old guy that got there before me and loaded his bike onto the last vacant spot.
-I had to wait for the next bus stop.
-The bus driver kindly tried to find a way for me to get on, but to no avail.
The next bus didn’t arrive until half an hour later.
I was growing impatient and became aggravated.
I didn’t get to Joey’s until 5:30.
When I finally arrived at Joey’s, I see Andre, Chien, Duc, and Tam in the living room playing 2k9.
Baker, Joey’s Dog, finally got cleaned up and a haircut as well! Thas my boy.
Snacked on chips and really bomb dip.
Schooled Duc’s sorry-ass in 2k9.
Afterward, I got my grub on.
The food was just amazing. I have to point out the Ice Cream Cheesecake Cupcakes. Those were just orgasmic.
Never got a chance to play Water Pong on Manalo’s official BP table.
Played H.O.R.S.E. with Chien outside on Joey’s hoop for most of the time.
We set-up a 2k10 tournament and I had to face Shakir, my longtime rival.
-I should have won with a game-winning shot, but oh well.
I left at 9:20.
Joey’s party was the highlight of my summer so far.
After the party, I suffered the worst night possible.
-Waited at the bus stop for approximately half an hour.
-Grew impatient and figured that the bus wasn’t coming.
-Rode my bike for about 4-5 miles before finally spotting a person waiting at the same bus stop I was waiting at.
-Waited there for another 15-20 minutes.
-The bus finally arrived.
-When I finally got off the bus, it was 11 something.
-Rode my bike for about a mile and half home.
-Spotted a police scene with S.W.A.T. cars. Crazy.
-When I finally got home, I found out that no one was home and I had no way of getting in because I didn’t have my key.
-I waited outside in the front for half an hour.
-I grew impatient once again and snuck into the backyard.
-I waited another 20-25 minutes.
-I finally hear someone pulling up into the driveway. It was my brother.
-He opened the door and I finally got into the house at 12:01.
Other than the really crappy night, I really enjoyed my time at Joey’s.
I start summer classes on Monday.
Hitting up L.A. July 3rd!
Late.

Nothing really interesting to post as of yet. Congratulations to my boy, Joey Suarez, and J-Sam for making it official on Monday, June 14. It was about time! Haha. Well anyways, keep you all posted if anything comes up. I am in need of a haircut.

Received numerous calls from none other than Dennis early in the morning.

I awoke from my internal slumber @ around 9.

Took a quick shower and got ready for the beach.

Dennis arrived and we were off back to his house.

Switched to his Rodeo and we were off to pick up people and meet up with the others.

Picked up Chien, then Stacey, then met up at Celine’s.

We all left and were off to the beach by 11.

Really long car ride.

I knocked out a couple of times and my peers thought it would be funny to mess with me as I heavily sleep.

The landscape was quite nice.

Finally arrived @ the beach at around 12-1ish?

-Parking lots were full.

-We found 3 available parking spots anyways.

Our feet finally touched the sand!

Found the group of others that left earlier than us.

They spent the whole time digging up a humongous hole to bury someone in.

-Dennis and RJ were the two lucky ones.

-Buried from feet up to the neck.

-Had a competition to see who would get out first.

-Video will be posted below of the event.

Afterward, we got our grub on.

-Thanks to Cassie for most of the food and Bernah for her bombass cupcakes.

Can’t remember much afterward besides messing around throwing sandballs at Dennis.

We made a sea mermaid out of Shakir.

Chien and I attempted to make a sandman.

I took the most comfortable, relaxing nap on the beach.

That was pretty much it.

Afterward, I knocked out throughout most of the car ride back home.

-My feet were literally burning.

-I woke up to Bernah and Dennis playing car ride games.

Finally reached home @ around 6.

-Was extremely exhausted and sandy.

-Worked on homework.

A great way to spend Memorial Day. Spend it with your friends!

Woke up @ 10 to a nice sunshine.

Ate a nice breakfast of egg noodles and wonton soup.

Watched “The Goonies”.

Headed out @ 12 to my dentist appointment.

-Arrived a bit late.

-Usual check-up and cleaning.

-1 cavity. -.-

Headed back home.

-Cleaned the entire house spotless.

-Drank 4 cans of coconut juice.

Headed out @ 4 to PHHS for some basketball with the guys.

-Played a couple of full-court games.

-Had the old-school basketball looking going on. Haha.

-Chilled and had a nice talk with Minh.

Headed home @ 9.

-Pigged out on 4 more cans of coconut juice, a bucket of cherries, 2 strawberry Pop Tarts, 4 Eggo waffles, and a bowl of rice and beef.

Slept @ 2.
